The Mercer College Instructional Design service works with clients to produce professionally designed courseware (e.g. facilitator guides, participant manuals/materials and PowerPoint presentations) incorporating the latest adult learning principles and aligned to your business strategy for maximum impact and the transfer of learning into business results. The instructional design team can work with your organization to design learning products from one workshop through to a whole corporate curriculum (integrated learning program).
Scenario 1 - No L&D department?
Not a problem! A small to medium sized company does not have a dedicated learning and development function but has a need to provide internal training to be delivered by the technical experts and management.
