In-house workshops
Approach us to partner with you in the delivery of in-house workshops, customized to your needs. Tailored short-term or long-term learning programs can be delivered at the location of your choice. And with 7 or more team members attending, it is often more cost-effective than public workshop registration.
Public workshops
HR professionals looking to improve their skills can register for one of our public workshops. Download a calendar now, or view our schedule online. We understand the value of group exercises and discussions to embed new knowledge, skills and behaviors. We design our workshops to create opportunities for peers to share their thinking, ideas and examples. Participants’ learning is deepened by expert facilitators guiding the learning process.
Workshops are held in different locations and languages throughout Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America. Curriculum offerings span the following broad range of topics:
Our facilitators are welcoming and knowledgeable, backed by global intellectual capital and many years of practical experience. Workshop attendance is acknowledged by a Completion Certificate. When formal testing is a part of the workshop, successful completion is acknowledged by accreditation or a Certificate of Achievement.
Our workshops connect you with best-practice knowledge; practical and current information; expert facilitators; and the opportunity to mix with professional peers.
Post-workshop, you are not on your own. Manuals, where you can refer back to notes, tools, tips and resources, accompany all workshops. And if questions arise when you are actively applying your knowledge in the workplace, simply contact your Mercer College Coordinator, and he or she will provide additional information to enhance the application of learning.
Finally, all in-house and public workshop participants are welcomed to become a part of our Alumni community. Receive updates on upcoming training, relevant developments in the areas of human resource and learning, and join future gatherings to hear professional development talks and build a network of associates.
